I've Seen "Avengers: Infinity War" (2018)

But I don't want to spoil anything for anyone, so I can't actually talk about it in this post.  Sorry.

Instead of a review or a reaction or my initial thoughts, here's a picture of me before the movie, being all annoyed with my phone because the camera kept switching to video instead of photo.

My Thor shirt is still all awesome, though, even if my phone was being dumb.

And this is a picture of the cool Avengers IMAX thing they had in the theater.

Seriously, that's all you're getting from me.

I mean it, I'm not spreading spoilage.  Lips are sealed.

Oh fine, here's a picture of my Thor-scented candle.  I swear that's not a spoiler.  There aren't any Thor-scented candles in the movie.  It's just something my brother and his wife gave me for Christmas a couple years ago.

If YOU have seen Avengers: Infinity War and want to discuss it in the comments, I'm all for that.  If you haven't seen it yet, prolly just avoid the comments here until you have.  Or be really smart and stay off the internet until you've seen it.  That would be best.  There are jerks out there who like to spoil stuff.

  1. Yeppers. Scary waters. I saw several folks this morning talking about how much they'd "love" to spoil the movie for people--as in, purposefully--and my reaction was basically, I have terrible stomach cramps, my patience is at exactly zero, fear for your lives, PEASANTS..

    Um . . . yeah.

    1. Jessica, yeah. The biggest reason I went last night was because I was pretty sure I would get spoiled somehow otherwise. I know someone in real life who would think he was dropping obscure hints, but would totally be ruining things just by the way he couldn't quit grinning over stuff, so I had to see it before him.

It will all be over for you soon!

    2. It's over for me now.

      And . . . WOW.

I am crushed; but I am not disappointed. They gave me exactly what I asked for.

  2. Love the shirt and candle! I've been avoiding spoilers okay so far. So thanks for not saying anything. Once I see it, I will come back to discuss.

    1. Lilah, yeah, I felt pretty steamrolled by the end. And I was kind of in a daze for three days. Today I'm starting to come out of it. And I've worked through most of my emotions, and can objectively see it for the extremely solid piece of writing I felt it was even while I was all crushed under the weight of the whole thing. Now I just need NEXT May to hurry up and get here!

Agree or disagree? That is the question...
