Happy Independence Day!

Happy birthday to the land of the free and the home of the brave!

We're having friends and family over for a cookout this evening, and to shoot some fireworks off (if it stops raining), so Cowboy and I have been busy getting some goodies ready.  Here are my two contributions!  Fruit kabobs and a bluebarb pie :-9

I hope my fellow Americans are all having fun celebrating this weekend too!

    1. Thanks! It was quite tasty, though the high humidity made the crust behave a bit oddly. The rain let up long enough to set off our little fireworks, and we got to see some big ones in the distance too, so it was very fun! How was your 4th?

    1. Thanks, Kara! It was lots of fun. The kids especially loved the kabobs, though I think the adults got a kick out of them too.

I'm almost 3 weeks behind in my blog reading, and it's going to get worse before it gets better. Such is life! We read when we can, eh?

Agree or disagree? That is the question...
