Looking forward to reading everyone's entries! To answer your Tag question #6, yes I visited PEI a few years ago. We saw the long-running AOGG musical in Charlottetown, visited Green Gables, and went to LM Montgomery's gravesite. It was a dream come true!

Lissa, raspberry cordial is nothing like apple cider! It's more like a sweetened raspberry juice. I found a recipe if that would give you a better idea of what it's like :-)
