Guest Post About the Soundtrack for "3:10 to Yuma" (1957)
You all know how much I love the original 3:10 to Yuma (1957), given that I've gushed about it over and over and over. I finally bought the soundtrack a couple months ago and have listened to it a TON since then. While I'm writing, while I'm making breakfast, while I'm emptying the dishwasher... I really dig it. You can read my review of it here on James the Movie Reviewer's blog.

Agree or disagree? That is the question...

I've listened to the main title like 9 times in a row now. It suits my unhappy mood tonight perfectly. That song is perfection. Frankie Laine's singing of it is perfection.
ReplyDeleteAnd now, of course, I want to watch the movie again. I think this is a movie that is just never going to wear out or get old.
It really brings the brooding, doesn't it? And yes, it could not be any better, at all.
DeleteAnd yeah, me too. Writing this review really made me want to just kick the kids out the door and put on the movie. We should do a list some time of movies you cannot over-watch!
