Sad news -- Andy Hallett, who played Lorne on Angel, just died of congestive heart disease :-( Here's him singing "Lady Marmalade" from the season 4 ep "The House Always Wins."
"Congestive heart failure" is what they write down when they can't think of anything else -- like when an old person's body just gives out. It also is listed as the cause of the ODB's death from drug overdose. So I'm wondering is this code for overdose, or AIDS? Wikipedia didn't help me, except for something about a dental drug reaction.
Well, if he was in and out of the hospital a lot for the last few years, it could be any number of things. Heart disease, AIDS, cancer.
The dental drug reaction reminds me of the way Bobby Darin died, an infection he got from visiting the dentist because he didn't take the right drugs before he went. That was because of his heart problems....

This still makes me so sad.
